It is included: VAT, periodic cleaning (kitchen-corner and crockery excluded), weekday change of bath-bedlinen, wi-fi internet service, conditioned-air, SAT-TV, use of washmachines in common room, swimmingpool with hydromassage, beach service (sun-umbrella, deck-chair and sun-bed), one parkingplace in garage.
Type B/L and C/L: Apartments at 4th and 5th floor. They have also dishwasher, SAT-TV LCD in the main bedroom and 2 bikes.
Minimum stay 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday) in period from 08/06 to 07/09; in other periods arrivals and stays by wish.
Additional charge of 25% for less than 4 days stays.
At free disposal of guests high-chairs for children and feedingbottle heaters; in July and August weekday dates of animation for children.
Extra-services: continental breakfast-buffet, rent of bikes, baby-coats, extra-beds and extra-parking places.
