RENTAL AND CANCELLATION RULES:
The prices are expressed in Euro per apartment (for the maximum number of persons indicated).
They include water, electricity, gas and BEACHSERVICE (Sun-umbrella, deck-chair and sun-bed, only for Bibioneand for the weekly bookings).
EXTRA EXPENSES to be paid on arrival: € 100,00 Deposit and City tax.
The final cleaning is not included in the prices. On request the agency can make the final cleaning at the following prices: one-room apt. € 30,00, two-room apt. € 40,00, three-room apt. € 50,00, houses and four-room apt from € 60,00 to € 100,00.

BOOKINGS

1) The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed as soon as the agency receives the 30% of rent by post-order or bank-transfer, check, credit card or Paypal, as deposit. If within 7 days from the request the deposit has not arrived, the booking will be cancelled. If deposit will arrive in late (beyond 7 days from the booking’s confirmation), the agency can refuse it and send it back.
2) The balance of rent and extra-costs must be paid cash, with credit-card (Visa, Maestro, Eurocard, Mastercard) or cheque by arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

3) No refunds will be made for early departure.
In case of cancellation with proven reasons, communicated at least 4 weeks before the arrival date, the down payment is not lost: you have the possibility to use the paid amount for a reservation for the current year or for the next year in one of our apartments.

COMPLAINTS

4) We beg you to check immediately the apartment and to inform the agency about damages to avoid charges on departure's day. Claims concerning the apartment will be accepted within 24 hours from arrival only.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

5) Arrival is planned between 4 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. In case of delay client has to inform the agency. The number of the guests cannot exceed the number of available bed-places. It's forbidden to accomodated more persons than bed-places indicated in our brochure or offer. Children are considered as adults.

6) On arrival guest has to pay a caution: he will receive it back at departure, after checking out. If client leaves out of time-office, deposit can be sent later.

7) Departures are planned no later than 10.00 a.m. Apartments must be cleaned, especially kitchen, refrigerator and crockery. At the contrary endcleaning will be charged to the client. Client has to bring back to the agency the key. It's possible, previous agreement, to let it in the postbox outside of office, for departures when the office is closed.

8) Apartments are equipped with cold-hot water and electricity 220V. Furniture includes refrigerator, gasring, crockery, 1 blanket and 1 pillow per bed. Iron and hair-dryer are not at disposal. Use of own radiators or air-conditioners is forbidden. Clients has to bring towels, bedlines and kitchen-clothes; we can rent them .

Pets are not allowed (little-size pets included), except under specially agreement with agency.
